We can’t talk about getting in shape without talking about nutrition. What we put into our bodies impacts how they work, how we metabolize our food, how we move, how our hormones work, how our immune system works, how we recover from workouts, and SO MUCH MORE.
All recipes are developed in my kitchen and Sonia Series approved. I focus on using nutrient-dense, REAL ingredients, keeping it SIMPLE, and creating flavorful meals. These recipes will take the "guesswork" out of nutrition and cooking.
I learned about the art of cooking in my mom's Italian kitchen from a young age. She always used real, whole ingredients while keeping recipes light and healthy but never compromising flavor. All my friends and family always wanted to come to our house for dinner! All my years cooking with her has been a big influence on my recipes. Now all your friends will want to know what YOU'RE making!
