WHO is Sonia Hare

I spent my early years in ballet classes 5-6x a week while working at my family’s fitness and wellness center after school and in the summers. I continued to dance through college but realized that a career in dance would be limited, so decided to put my focus elsewhere. I was addicted to the physical and mental benefits that I got from ballet, and realized that I could achieve those same benefits through more traditional fitness and strength training. My parents own fitness centers; my father is a triathlete, my mother a personal trainer and an incredible Italian chef! I received a certification in personal training and in Pre/Post Natal through ACE and integrative nutrition through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I began training private clients but as my clientele continued to grow, I wanted a way to reach more people, all over the world. So I created, The Sonia Series.

With The Sonia Series, I have combined my knowledge in exercise science and ballet to bring you programs that will tone, lift, and tighten the body, improve mobility and flexibility, increase the mind-body connection, and improve breath awareness.

The Sonia Series is based on the science of exercise, which Sonia began studying from a young age, at her family’s fitness centers.

The Method

My program is designed to sculpt strong, lean bodies while improving bone density, building lean muscle mass, and burning fat. I am here to empower people to achieve real results and create lifelong habits.

Using resistance from both your own body weight and applied resistance, my workouts are structured to get you the ultimate results. No movement is wasted. As I like to say, you get the most “bang for your buck.” Let’s face it, we all lead busy lives and don’t have tons of extra time to dedicate to working out. You can feel confident in training with me because unlike other programs out there, mine is backed by science, my experience with many clients over the years, the knowledge I learned from my parents at a young age, my training in ballet and modern dance, and my own personal fitness journey. Every movement we do, from the warm-up mobility exercises to heavy squats, and bodyweight toe taps are designed to get you the best possible results, to feel in control of your body through a supportive, educational approach.
